John Denver made a difference in my life with the songs he wrote and sang. In my opinion, his lifestyle and presentation as an artist couldn't have been more perfectly tailored to anyone's life better than it was to mine. Everything I've cared about in the world; the way I feel about people; and my aching desires to make a difference somehow, were expressed in what I felt in the music of John Denver. I think there were millions, the world over, who felt it too. I thank God for John Denver. May his music find an enduring place in everyone's heart for generations to come.
